Products & Materials
Every BERKAM piece is hand-assembled by skilled artisans in our studio. We work in small batches using ethically sourced materials including French grosgrain ribbon, Italian acetate, Japanese silk, and recycled brass hardware.
We use French grosgrain ribbons, Italian acetate (plant-derived), Japanese kanzashi silk, French organza, and hardware cast in recycled brass. All materials are named and traceable.
Hand spot-clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash, iron, or tumble dry. Store in the original box or a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Orders & Shipping
Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days via DHL Express.
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
US Standard: 3-5 business days. US Express: 1-2 business days. International: 7-14 business days depending on destination.
Returns & Exchanges
